Starting a case for a family member far away?
Our Family Document Relay helps you collect documents from a family member in another city or country. During your case, we set up a private session for the two of you. Your relative opens a link on their phone — no app, no account, no password — and photographs each page. Every photo appears on your screen the moment it's taken, sent directly and end-to-end encrypted between your two devices, never stored on our servers. Works for paper records and even documents open on a computer screen.
Available to active clients. Mention it in your message and we will set it up with you. We will never contact your family unannounced; every session is arranged by you.

Send more rather than less - we sort it. Most useful: imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray, PET), pathology reports, blood work, operative or discharge notes, and letters between your doctors.

*Continuity Family Membership combines the Comprehensive Review with 12 months of ongoing informational and navigation support for up to five family members. We help organize clinical histories, clarify health goals, identify relevant experts, structure approach to diagnostic and treatment options, and answer questions as new issues arise. Membership is also available separately.
All our services are informational and educational. We do not provide emergency care, telemedicine, prescriptions, or a doctor-patient relationship. External physician, hospital, imaging, pathology, travel, and treatment fees are not included.

If our fees are out of reach, you may still qualify for a free review. When a paying client's case closely matches yours, we can pair them and share our experts' opinion on your situation at no cost. Describe your situation briefly - in any language - and within a few days we'll tell you whether we can match it. We don't provide medical advice and no physician-patient relationship is established.
